The first thirty minutes of the movie was spent starring flabbergasted by Nicolas Cage’s hair. Did he borrow this fright wig from Tom Hanks who wore it in Da Vinci Code or what?

In both movies the hair nearly upstaged the actors. Luckily, the conspiracy theorist in me was too dazzled by the fantastic theories thrown up in the plot (thank gawd I’d recently watched a History channel special on Lincoln’s Murder by John Wilkes Booth) and I got over it as it settled into a likable action flick without the unnecessary violence and body count of so many movies of this genre of late. Thank you Walt Disney for making a less scary Indiana Jones - my kind parents terrified me as an eight year old kid taking me to see that movie! It’s a worthy sequel to the first movie so if you enjoyed the first one then you will enjoy this.

Ya know his hair has been disturbing to me for a while now. Ever since Ghost Rider. Just weird.

I am a fan of his hair when he is playing roles like in Raising Arizona and ConAir.

But this new look is frightening!
